    HEAT UP TWO TABLESPOONS OF VEGETABLE OIL IN A PAN, IN MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT. ADD THE DUMPLINGS IN A SINGLE LAYER AND LET THEM COOK UNTIL THE BOTTOM IS GOLDEN BROWN.

    INCREASE THE HEAT OF THE PAN AND ADD COLD WATER UNTIL IT COVERS A THIRD PART OF THE DUMPLINGS. ALWAYS PUT WATER BELOW HALF.

    PUT A LID ON AND LET IT STEAM UNTIL THE DUMLINGS ARE COOKED THROUGH.

    IT SHOULD TAKE APPROX. 10 MINUTES.

    REMOVE THE LID AND WAIT UNTIL THE REMAINING WATER HAS EVAPORATED AND THE BOTTOM OF THE DUMPLINGS ARE CRISPY AGAIN.

    TAKE THE BAOS OUT OF THE FREEZER AND PLACE THEM IN A TRAY COVERED WITH A CLOTH. LET THEM REST FOR ONE HOUR BEFORE YOU COOK THEM.

    PLACE THE BAOS IN THE STEAM BASKET AND LET THEM COOK FOR 5 MINUTES. SERVE WITH CHILLI SAUCE.

    FILL UP A PAN WITH TWO THIRDS OF WATER. COVER AND BRING TO BOIL.

    PLACE THE PARCHMENT PAPER ON THE BOTTOM OF THE STEAMIG BASKET AND ADD THE DUMPLINGS.
